Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12 noon GMT in the UK. Orders for the UK are shipped from our UK warehouse.
Suggested shipping times listed below are in working days from the time of dispatch. E.g. an order placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will be dispatched on the following Monday. The expected delivery time is based on normal service. This does not account for disruptions to normal service by individual carriers.
All orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery. International orders may be passed on to local courier companies and can still be tracked using the local courier link. See a list below of local carriers.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for DE orders and 21 working days for international orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
If you’re not in: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 21 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees charged by your customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
